These Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to sales made through The Blue Rose Numinous website. We may modify the Conditions of Sale from time to time, at our sole discretion.
When you place an order or subscribe to a service on our website, you indicate your acknowledgment and your full acceptance of these Conditions of Sale. Persons wishing to use the website will also be deemed, by virtue of such use, to have agreed to be bound by our Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Only individuals who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts may order services or memberships from The Blue Rose Numinous. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing these services for your own personal, spiritual development and not for commercial distribution or resale.

All prices shown on the website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed on the website at the time your order is confirmed will be honored.
Any taxes applicable to the customer's individual country or state of residence are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment by Credit or Debit Card
You may pay securely by credit or debit card. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of services.
Recurring Community Subscriptions
By purchasing a membership to the Blue Rose Community, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee at the then-current subscription rate. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
Bank Wire Transfers (High-Ticket Services)
For the 1-to-1 Private Immersion, payment may be made via bank wire transfer upon mutual agreement following your alignment call. Services will not commence until the funds have fully cleared into our account.
The Blue Rose Numinous provides digital and service-based offerings exclusively. There are no physical products to be shipped.
Upon successful payment for the Blue Rose Community, you will receive an email containing instructions and credentials to access the private digital forum. For 1-to-1 clients, service delivery commences on the mutually agreed-upon start date following your alignment call.
By engaging in our 1-to-1 Private Immersion or the Blue Rose Community, you acknowledge that your financial investment is strictly a payment for the reservation of James's highly limited time, his dedicated energetic focus, and the provision of spiritual mentorship.
Because you are the ultimate Creator of your own reality, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific emotional, physical, financial, or spiritual results. The transformation you experience will be directly proportional to your own internal readiness, dedication, and willingness to integrate the concepts discussed. You are paying for the framework, the proximity, and the guidance—not a guaranteed external outcome.
Because of the digital and energetic nature of our offerings, our refund and cancellation policies are strictly enforced to protect the time and energy dedicated to these services.
Blue Rose Community Subscriptions:
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the community until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will no longer be billed thereafter. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, nor do we offer retroactive refunds for forgotten cancellations. All sales are final once payment has been made.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (UK/EU Consumers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you generally possess a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. However, by purchasing a subscription to the Celestial Blossom Sanctum, you are purchasing immediate access to digital content and ongoing digital services.
By completing your purchase and actively consenting at checkout, you expressly agree that your access to our digital archives will begin immediately. You acknowledge that by receiving this immediate digital supply, you purposefully waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal and cooling-off period. Therefore, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
1-to-1 Private Immersion:
Our private mentorship requires a massive commitment of time, energy, and highly limited calendar space. Because your enrollment prevents another individual from taking that spot, all sales for the 1-to-1 Private Immersion are final once payment is made and the 12-week container has commenced. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to participate, or failure to complete the immersion.
