This Agreement sets forth the legal terms and conditions governing your use of this website (the "Site") and your purchase and/or use of any digital community memberships, mentorship programs, or other services (collectively referred to hereinafter as “Offerings”).
Your use of the Site and all information, data, text, video, audio, or other materials contained therein confirms your unconditional agreement to be bound by this Agreement. You represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The spiritual concepts discussed on this Site require emotional and mental maturity. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
The Blue Rose Numinous Clestial Blosson Sanctum Community is a sacred, dogma-free space designed for mutual respect and spiritual growth. By participating, you agree to adhere to our community guidelines. Furthermore, by using the Community, you strictly agree NOT to:
Harass, threaten, demean, embarrass, bully, or otherwise harm any other user of the Community.
Post any content that could be deemed by a reasonable person to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
Use the Community for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Make any unsolicited offer, advertisement, or solicitation to another user of the Community (spam/selling).
Perform any fraudulent activity including impersonating any person or entity, claiming a false affiliation, or accessing any other Community account without permission.
Violate the confidentiality of other members by sharing their personal stories, posts, or information outside of the private forum without consent.
Upload or otherwise disseminate any virus, adware, spyware, worm, or other malicious code.
Post, share, or request any sexual content or suggestive content involving minors. We take the steps required by law to preserve and refer any such content to the appropriate authorities immediately.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your membership and access to the community, without refund or prior notice, if you violate these rules of conduct or disrupt the energetic harmony of the space.
Certain features of the Community permit users to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise transmit content, including messages, reviews, photos, video, audio, and images ("User Content"). You retain any copyright and other proprietary rights that you may hold in the User Content that you post.
License Grant: By posting User Content to the Community, you grant us and our platform service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to host, store, transfer, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate the Community.
Content Warranties: You must not post User Content if you are not the owner of or are not fully authorized to grant rights in all of the elements of that User Content. By posting, you affirm that your content does not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, privacy right, or right of publicity.
Content Monitoring & Removal: We are under no obligation to edit or control User Content that you or other users post and will not be in any way responsible or liable for User Content. You must not hack into this website or our computer systems. You agree not to use robots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, data mining tools, or any other automated system to extract information or data from this Site, including scraping the private community forum for member data or content. You also agree not to interfere with or circumvent any security or access control mechanism of the Community.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the United Kingdom for any cause of action relating to or arising under this Agreement or the Site.
